Second Star Play Ltd, trading as OK Let's Play, is responsible for this website. This policy covers the public pages at okletsplay.uk, including the Beta Signup form. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use and protect personal data.

We review this disclosure when the site, its forms or its tag-management configuration changes. The latest scan checked every published public page in a clean browser and separately tested the Beta Signup security check and the configured analytics consent state.

Cookies are small text files placed on a device by a website or service. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, scripts, tags and pixels that store information on, or access information from, your device.

A session-storage item normally disappears when the relevant browser tab or session ends. A local-storage item does not have an automatic expiry and normally remains until it is replaced, removed by the service or cleared through the browser. Cookie expiry periods are maximum or typical periods; a cookie may be deleted sooner.

• Active: Google reCAPTCHA on the Beta Signup form, WordPress technical session storage, and external Google Fonts requests.
• Configured but currently inactive: Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-N0Y77QR9G5 and Civic Cookie Control.
• Not found: advertising, social-media or profiling cookies on the published public pages.

We treat reCAPTCHA storage as necessary to protect the form and service from automated abuse. The WordPress item performs a limited technical and display-compatibility check. Disabling or clearing these technologies may cause the form or some page display features not to work as intended.

The Beta Signup form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3 Classic. When the security check runs, the browser communicates with www.google.com and www.gstatic.com. Google may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information, the page and interaction signals needed to assess whether the request is likely to be automated.

The _GRECAPTCHA cookie is described by Google as necessary for risk analysis. reCAPTCHA use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service. Google also provides a reCAPTCHA privacy and security FAQ.

The website currently requests font files from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google states that the Google Fonts API does not set or log cookies. The font request still sends ordinary web-request information to Google, which can include your IP address, browser or user-agent information and the requested font resource.

You can block these requests using browser or device controls, although the website will then use available fallback fonts and may look different. More information is available in the Google Fonts privacy FAQ and the Google Privacy Policy.

Google Tag Manager container GTM-56JVHZ36 contains Google Analytics 4 tags for measurement ID G-N0Y77QR9G5. At the date of this policy, the production consent runtime is not active, so the container and analytics tags are not loaded on ordinary visits and the analytics cookies below are not currently set.

A controlled test, with analytics consent simulated and the outgoing analytics request blocked before transmission, confirmed the cookies and destination below. If analytics is activated, it must remain off until you choose to allow Analytics in the consent control.

The tag-management script is served from www.googletagmanager.com and the tested analytics collection destination was region1.google-analytics.com. Google documents the default cookie durations in its Analytics cookie usage guidance.

The website theme is configured to support Civic Cookie Control, but the consent service was not active and no CookieControl cookie was observed in the production scan. If it is activated, Civic Cookie Control will use a first-party cookie named CookieControl to remember your consent choices. Civic documents a default lifetime of 90 days for that preference cookie.

Before any optional analytics technology is enabled, the consent control and this disclosure should be reviewed against the live configuration. Necessary security technologies will remain available because they protect the form and service.

No optional analytics cookies are active on ordinary visits at the date of this policy. If the consent control is activated, you will be able to allow or reject Analytics and revisit that choice through the on-site preference control.

You can also delete or block cookies, local storage and session storage through your browser settings. You may use browser or device controls to block requests to third-party domains. Blocking necessary security storage can prevent the Beta Signup form from working, and blocking font requests can change the site's appearance.

We may update this Cookie Policy when technologies, providers, purposes or legal requirements change. The month shown at the top identifies the latest published version. Material changes will be reflected here before optional technologies are enabled where that is required.
