Welcome to OK, Let’s Play! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform including our website, web app, mobile apps and all other related services. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you agree to these terms on behalf of that organisation. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to keep it confidential.

The play ideas, activities, and content provided through our service are for general informational and entertainment purposes only. While we strive to ensure all activities are safe, engaging, and age-appropriate, we does not accept responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss sustained as a result of following any activity suggestion.

Participation in the Founding Beta includes a commitment to provide reasonable feedback about your experience. Participants will be invited to complete an onboarding questionnaire, periodic short feedback surveys and a final questionnaire.

Completion of the stated feedback activities is required to qualify for Founding Member rewards, including any available post-launch discount, complimentary membership period or other completion incentive. Failure to complete these activities will not affect access already paid for during the current billing period, but may result in the loss of beta rewards or eligibility for future testing phases.

We may remove a participant from the beta where they repeatedly fail to participate, misuse the service or materially breach these terms. Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice.

Access to the OKLP Platform requires an active subscription. We currenty offer the following plans:

Beta-Monthly: £2.99

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorise us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings page. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to platform features until that date.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Second Star Play Ltd. Please contact us at hello@okletsplay.uk to discuss your situation.

The service and its original content, including all play ideas, text, graphics, logos, and the compilation thereof, are and will remain the exclusive property of Second Star Play Ltd. Our content or images thereof may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Second Star Play Ltd.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from us.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Second Star Play Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any significant changes taking effect by posting the new Terms on this page and, where appropriate, sending you an email notification.

Your continued use of the service after any changes come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the service.
